August often feels like a crossroads. Summer vacations wind down, school backpacks and planners reappear, and work routines start tightening back into place. The days are still hot, but there’s a quiet sense that a new season is on its way. In this in‑between moment—caught between lazy days and structured schedules—many of us find ourselves taking stock of our habits, priorities, and the direction we’re heading.
This makes August a perfect time for our new sermon series, LEVEL UP, as we journey through the book of Proverbs and explore the four pillars of wisdom: understanding, discipline, words, and joy. Together, we’ll look at how God’s wisdom shapes the decisions we make, the relationships we build, and the lives we live—especially as we “level up” into a new school year and season of life. As schedules reset and rhythms shift, let’s commit to more than just getting back to normal; let’s step into this month ready to grow, mature, and walk through the open doors of God’s wisdom for whatever lies ahead.
