JOURNEY to the manger

December brings with it a unique kind of joy—lights shining in the dark, familiar carols filling the air, and hearts turning toward the hope we celebrate at Christmas. In this season, we’re reminded that joy isn’t just a feeling; it’s a gift that began in a manger, when God stepped into our world in the person of Jesus Christ.

This month, our sermon series “Journey to the Manger” invites us to walk with those who experienced the wonder of Christ’s birth firsthand. From the prophets who spoke of His coming, to Mary and Joseph’s faithful obedience, to the shepherds who heard heaven’s song, and the Magi who sought Him in worship—each part of their story leads us closer to the Savior. As we follow their journey, may we rediscover the joy, hope, and love revealed in Jesus, and allow that joy to shape how we celebrate this season.
